Observation and Nursing of Microcirculation of Blood Vessels in Patients with Uremia before and after Hemodialysis by Microcirculation Microscope
To explore the value and advantage of microcirculation microscope in the observation of vascular
microcirculation in uremia patients before and after hemodialysis. A WZD-1 microcirculation microscope with
color video recording device produced by a well-known medical device company in China was used to
continuously monitor and record the microcirculation dynamics of blood vessels in 128 patients with uremia
before and after hemodialysis. According to the laboratory data detected, these patients were divided into
experimental group and control group. The experimental group carried out systematic and continuous health
education according to the preset. The patients in the control group received health education according to the
hemodialysis nursing routine. Before hemodialysis, the loop flow pattern of microvascular tube was obviously
abnormal, the microcirculation disturbance was significantly improved after hemodialysis, and the
microcirculation weighted score decreased from moderate abnormal (1.53±0.26) to normal (0.63±0.25) (P<0.01).
Before dialysis, the microvascular loop clarity was poor, the blood color was dark, the blood stasis was obvious,
and the exudation was serious. After dialysis, the above microcirculation disorders were significantly improved.
Based on these results, the nursing programs of the two groups showed that the mean cognitive scores of
patients in both groups increased, but the increase of cognitive scores of patients in the experimental group was
more significant than that in the control group, and the difference of cognitive scores between the two groups
was statistically significant (P<0.01). Microcirculation disorder is one of the pathologic basis of uremic patients,
in the change of blood vessel of microcirculation, the most obvious change in capillary plexus form, it has to do
with the color of the capillary loops of pipe, stasis, expansion rate and the blood flow velocity inside the tube
loops is diagnosis and judging curative effect for activating blood circulation of the blood stasis syndrome of
one of the objective index of the sensitive. The systematic and continuous health education and nursing program
under microcirculation microscope is effective to improve the cognitive level and self-management ability of
patients receiving hemodiafiltration treatment. The blood P, triglyceride, ALB and other laboratory indexes were
significantly improved by systematic and continuous health education and nursing program.
