Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease (lprd) is a common disease, usually causes a series of symptoms and signs in
the throat, such as foreign body sensation, sore throat, chronic cough, hoarseness, dysphagia, dysphagia and so
on. For a long time, it will not only seriously affect our healthy life, but also damage our immune system,
leading to a series of complications. At present, the pathogenesis of lprd is not clear, the mainstream of which
are reflux theory and reflex theory. At present, most of the treatment of lprd is to use electronic laryngoscope for
examination, and then cooperate with proton pump inhibitor for targeted treatment. On this basis, the electronic
laryngoscope will continue to be used as the main observation tool, and the medication scheme will be improved.
In order to verify the therapeutic effect of the drug regimen, this paper established an experimental model.
Through the investigation of 240 related cases, this paper divided them into the observation group and the
control group, determined the unified evaluation mechanism and the corresponding operation process, and then
carried out the grouping experiment. After the comparative analysis of clinical effect, RSI, RFS score, anxiety
and depression of lprd patients, oxidative stress index and immune function, this paper believes that omeprazole
has a significant therapeutic effect on lprd and can improve the symptoms of patients, Reduce the damage of the
disease to the throat.
