Clinical Observation and Nursing of Bisoprolol in the Treatment of Pulmonary Heart Disease and Heart Failure Based on Microscope

Abstract

With the aging of society, the symptoms of pulmonary heart disease and heart failure frequently occur, which
not only seriously affects the physical condition and quality of life of patients, but also increases the medical
burden on the society. Based on the view of the microscope, bisoprolol was used to treat heart failure caused by
heart disease, and the clinical efficacy and nursing were observed and discussed. 86 patients with pulmonary
heart disease and heart failure who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into 42 cases in the
conventional treatment group and 44 cases in the bisoprolol group, a total of two groups. The conventional
treatment group was given anti-infection, oxygen inhalation, antispasmodic and asthma relief, cough and
phlegm treatment, etc.; the bisoprolol group used the incremental method based on conventional treatment, plus
bisoprolol 1.5 ~ 4.5mg / d for 6 weeks; Based on the field of view of the microscope, the relevant indicators in
the treatment are detected, the clinical improvement is observed and recorded, and nursing is performed. After 6
weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 73.3% in the bisoprolol group and 62.5% in the conventional
treatment group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The final study results
showed that the efficacy of adding bisoprolol in the treatment of heart failure caused by pulmonary heart disease
was higher than that in the conventional treatment group, and no obvious side effects were observed.
