Clinical Observation and Nursing Effect Analysis of Sporadic Norovirus Gastroenteritis

With the development of detection technology, the harm caused by norovirus has been gradually recognized.
Norovirus infection is very common in China. In addition, the replication process of Nov is prone to
recombination and mutation, resulting in new muta nts, which changes the antigenicity of the virus and evades
the immune pressure of the population. As a result, the global periodic epidemic of norovirus occurs every few
years. Norovirus gastroenteritis has increasingly become an important public health p roblem in the world. Due
to the limitations of the detection methods of Nov, currently, it is not included in the routine detection items of
gastroenteritis, which greatly limits the epidemiological study of Nov. therefore, this paper discusses the clinica l
observation and nursing effect of sporadic norovirus gastroenteritis, so as to provide the basis for the prevention
and treatment of sporadic norovirus gastroenteritis. The results showed that the detection rate of norovirus in
sporadic cases was 19.66%. The expected VLPs / P particles were not obtained in the experiment, and the HbGA
receptor of the outbreak virus could not be determined. However, the nursing effect of the patients with
gastroenteritis was better by this method. For the prevention of spo radic norovirus gastroenteritis, we should
closely monitor norovirus in marine farms, especially oyster farms and environmental water, in order to predict
the emergence of new early mutants and provide early warning for regional sporadic norovirus control and
