Clinical Study and Nursing Effect Analysis of Psoriasis Vulgaris Observed by Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope

Abstract

To
investigate the clinical research and nursing effect of using confocal laser scanning microscope to observe
psoriasis vulgaris. 60 cases of psoriasis vulgaris from March 2019 to March 2020, including 40 males and 20
females, aged from 5 to 40 years old, were selected as the research objects, and the control of skin pathology
and skin imaging of psoriasis vulgaris was established to understand its clinical application, clinical research
effect and nursing effect analysis. Observe the general situation, CLSM image features, three groups of skin
thickness and other related indicators, and carry out logical analysis, and finally statistical analysis of the data.
In general, the levels of A B and C in the skin lesion group were significantly higher than those in the control
group and the color sink group; the skin lesion group in group B was significantly higher than that in the control
group and the color precipitation group and the skin thickness in the skin lesion group was significantly higher
than that in the control group and the skin thickness in the skin lesion group was significantly higher than that in
the control group and the skin thickness in the skin lesion group was significantly higher than that in the control
group. There were 35 cases of blood heat syndrome, 12 cases of blood dryness syndrome and 13 cases of blood
stasis syndrome, accounting for 57%, 18% and 25% of the total cases respectively. In terms of image features,
the main manifestations of psoriasis CLSM were capillary curvature, dilation and hyperemia ( Munro
micro abscess ( keratosis imperfecta ( and papillary papillae ( laser confocal
microscopy has some characteristics in the observation of psoriasis. Laser confocal scanning microscope can
more accurately classify psoriasis in traditional Chinese medicine, hel p to enhance the pertinence of follow up
treatment, reduce the probability of misdiagnosis, and improve the efficiency of clinical treatment.
