MiR-885-5p Inhibits Proliferation and Invasion of Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma Cells by Regulating L-Plastin Expression

Abstract

With the improvement of living standards, various diseases have emerged one after another. The appearance of
lymphoma cells has become the focus of attention. This study focused on miR-885-5p inhibiting the
proliferation and invasion of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cells by regulating L-plastin expression. In response
to people's concerns, this study is also very important in the correct diagnosis of lymphoma, accurate staging
and efficacy evaluation, and the evaluation of lymphoma patients' response to treatment methods. The
evaluation of treatment response will reduce the prognosis of patients receiving good treatment. The initial
response of the evaluation is very important, and the prognosis of the treated patients improves the possible
outcome of the final treatment. According to the initially introduced chemotherapy and the corresponding
classification, CR2, PR 3, SD4 and 10 patients including PD1 received miR-885-5p chemotherapy. Among the
50 patients in the bcl-6 positive group, 30 (60%) were stage I, and 16 of the 40 patients in the Bcl-6 negative
group (40%) were stage I. The positive expression of bcl-6 was related to the initial clinical stage. On the other
hand, 40% (11/50) of the positive bcl-6 group and 78% (39/50) of the negative bcl-6 group had symptomatic
infections, and the difference was statistically significant. The results show that the increase in LDH is
considered to be a poor prognostic factor for large-cell B-cell lymphoma. L-plastin negative is also considered
to be one of the poor prognostic factors for large-cell B-cell lymphoma. MiR-885-5p regulates L -Plastin
expression can effectively inhibit the proliferation of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cells.
