Effect of Resveratrol on the Expression of SIRT1 and AMPK in Lung Tissue of Asthmatic Young Rats

Abstract

To investigate the effect of resveratrol on the expression of SIRT1 and AMPK in the lung of asthmatic young
rats, and to analyze its target and mechanism. 60 healthy mice were randomly divided into two groups, 30 in
each group. The control group was injected with normal saline every day, and the observation group was
injected with resveratrol, 5mg / kg. Two weeks later, the lung tissues were extracted and the total number of
leukocytes and eosinophils in BALF of the two groups were compared. Compared with the control group, the
total number of leukocytes and eosinophils in BALF of the observation group were significantly reduced, and
the expression of SIRT1 and AMPK protein were significantly reduced, the difference was statistically
significant (P < 0.05). Resveratrol can protect the lung tissue of asthmatic young rats, reduce the infiltration of
inflammatory cells, and reduce the degree of pulmonary edema. It is suggested that resveratrol has an
antagonistic effect on lung tissue injury and pulmonary edema. By inhibiting the expression level of SIRT1 and
AMPK, it can protect the lung tissue, inhibit the pulmonary edema, and repair the respiratory function.
