Effects of Isoflurane and Sevoflurane Inhalation Anesthesia on Microcirculatory Leukocyte Activity in Skeletal Muscle of Rats

To explore the effect of isoflurane and sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on the activity of microcirculatory
leukocytes in skeletal muscle of rats and analyze its mechanism. 60 healthy SD rats were selected. The mice
were divided into two groups according to the random number table: the control group and the anesthesia group,
30 mice in each group. The rats were fed with normal saline (10ml / kg) every day. The anesthesia group was
given isoflurane and sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia, and the control group was fed normally. Blood pressure
(map), blood flow velocity and leukocyte activity index of skeletal muscle microcirculation were compared in
each group, including rolling number and adhesion number. Compared with the control group, there was no
significant difference in blood pressure (map) and blood flow velocity between the anesthesia group and the
control group (P > 0.05); compared with the control group, the indexes of microcirculatory leukocyte activity in
skeletal muscle of the anesthesia group, including rolling number and adhesion number, were significantly
increased, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Isoflurane and sevoflurane can accelerate the
activity of microcirculatory leukocytes in skeletal muscle of rats, but they do not affect the normal physiological
activity index of the body, and can play a better role in anesthesia.
