Abstract

To explore the postoperative nursing measures of patients with spinal intramedullary tumor resection under
microscope and to verify the clinical effect of these nursing methods. Thirty six patients with spinal
intramedullary tumor resection admitted to our hospital from 2015 to 2019 were randomly selected as the study
subjects, divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine nursing
and the observation group received refined nursing. The most suitable nursing plan was selected by comparing
the nursing effect of the two groups. Through the comparison of nursing effects between the two groups, the
statistical data of complications, quality of life score, anxiety and depression score and nursing satisfaction score
indicated that the complications were effectively suppressed for the observation group patients receiving refined
nursing, and their quality of life score, anxiety and depression score and nursing satisfaction were all higher than
those of the control group (P<0.05). The weak areas of the spinal cord are exposed and the pain is extremely
intense in the spinal intramedullary tumor resection under microscope. Postoperative refined nursing can
effectively inhibit the risk factors on patients and accelerate the patients' recovery after operation.
