Abstract

Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Effects of Vocal Cord Polyp Laser Excision under Self-retaining
Laryngoscope and Microscope.80 cases of patients with vocal cord polyp laser excision received and cured by
our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were taken as the research objects. Patients of the two groups
all had vocal cord polyp laser excision by self-retaining laryngoscope and microscope. Patients in the control
group had routine nursing based on the operation, while patients in the experimental group had perioperative
nursing, and the nursing effects of patients in the two groups were compared. By comparing the operation time,
intraoperative blood loss, first phonation time, sound recovery time and hospital stay of patients in the two
groups, the results showed that the data indexes of patients in the experimental group were superior to those of
the patients in the control group, and the inter-group comparison difference had statistical significances
(P<0.05). The total effective rate of patients in the control group was 80.00%, while that of patients
experimental group was 97.50%, and the inter-group comparison difference had statistical significances
(P<0.05). The inter-group comparison difference in index data of fundamental perturbation, amplitude
perturbation and NNE noise before treatment had no statistical significance (P>0.05). After treatment and
nursing, the index data of fundamental perturbation, amplitude perturbation and NNE noise of patients in the
experimental group were prior to those in the control group, and the inter-group comparison difference had
statistical significances (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 80.00%, while
that of patients experimental group was 95.00%, and the inter-group comparison difference had statistical
significances (P<0.05). The occurrence rate of complication of patients in the control group was 12.50%, while
that of patients in the experimental group was 2.50%, and the inter-group comparison difference has statistical
significances (P<0.05). The perioperative nursing effects of vocal cord polyp laser excision under self-retaining
laryngoscope and microscope were significant, which could promote the clinical effects, improve the patients'
operation index and recovery index, improve the patients' noise indexes, increase the nursing satisfaction and
reduce the occurrence of complication.
