Abstract

To analyze the nursing effect of breast disease by breast ductoscopy. He study subjects were 60 patients who
underwent breast ductoscopy in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020. The patients were divided into
two groups according to the digital random method, namely the control group and the experimental group, with
30 cases in each group. Both groups of patients underwent fiberoptic breast ductoscopy, the examination
equipment was FVS-3500M fiberoptic breast ductoscopy system, while the experimental group carried out
nursing cooperation while examining, and compared the examination effect of the two groups. There was no
significant difference in the success rate between the two groups (P > 0.05), in which the success rate of one
examination was 86.67% in the control group and 96.67% in the experimental group, and the difference in one
examination success rate was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The patients in the experimental group
complained of comfort without pain and discomfort accounted for 96.67% and 3.33% respectively. The patients
in the control group complained of comfort without pain and discomfort accounted for 83.33% and 16.67%
respectively. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of
complications was 26.67% in the control group and 6.67% in the experimental group. The difference between
the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The anxiety score of patients in the control group was (69.34 ±
3.52), which was significantly higher than that of patients in the experimental group (33.45 ± 2.45), and the
difference between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Breast ductoscopy is a very effective
examination method for breast diseases. In the process of examination, nurses need to prepare all detection
instruments, be familiar with the detection steps and methods, and form a tacit cooperation with clinicians, and
provide health guidance and psychological attention to patients, so as to further improve the clinical value of
breast disease by breast ductoscopy.
