Expression of TGF-α and Its Receptor in Rats with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

At present, with the increasingly fierce competition for talent society, the dramatic increase of living pressure
and the irregular lifestyle, PCOS incidence rate all over the world has shown an upward trend, which seriously
affects the reproductive function and physical and mental health of the patients. TGF-α is a polypeptide growth
factor and one of epidermal growth factor receptors. Many cells, especially the ectoderm, can produce tgf-a,
which can stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of epithelial cells, promote the growth of cells, and
transform many normal cells. Based on the above background, the research content of this paper is the
expression of TGF-α and its receptor in polycystic ovary syndrome. In this paper, SD rats are used as
experimental objects for simulation analysis. The experimental results show that the average absorbance ratio of
TGF-α mRNA and β-actin mRNA in the experimental group is 0.4139±0.086, There was significant difference
between the two groups. In PCOS group, there was almost no staining of TGF-α on granulosa cells, and weak
staining on theca cells. However, the staining of EGFR on these two parts was very strong. TGF-α played its
role by combining with EGFR.
