Abstract

To study the clinical effect of intrabronchoscopic drug dropping on retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis and to
propose an effective nursing program. 158 retreated patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital
from January 2018 to August 2019 were taken as study subjects, and 158 subjects were randomly divided into
two groups, the study group and the control group, with 79 cases in each group. Patients in the control group
were given routine oral antituberculosis drugs; patients in the study group were given intrabronchoscopic
dropping plus comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group during the treatment period,
and the clinical efficacy and nursing effect of the two groups were compared. The sputum bacterial negative
rates in the study group at 1 month, 3 months and 8 months were 84.81%, 91.14% and 96.20%, respectively.
The sputum negative rates of patients in the control group at 1 month, 3 months and 8 months were 43.04%,
56.96% and 60.76%, respectively, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <
0.05).The marked lesion efficiency and cavity closure rate were 93.67% and 48.1% in the study group and 59.49%
and 15.19% in the control group, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically
significant (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 88.61%, which was significantly higher
than that of the control group (59.49%), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <
0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.53%, which was significantly lower than that
in the control group (11.39%), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The
nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.47%, which was significantly higher than that of the control
group (84.81%), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Dropping through
fiberoptic bronchoscope has ideal clinical effect for retreated pulmonary tuberculosis patients, and combined
with comprehensive nursing program can effectively guarantee the maximum effect of local injection of drugs.
