Abstract

To explore the clinical nursing effect of treating the patients with the hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage
with the ultra-early microscopic surgery. 84 cases of patients with the hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage
(HBGH) who were admitted by our hospital from Jan. 2018 to Jan. 2019 were selected at random to be the
objects of study. All of them accepted the ultra-early microscopic surgical treatment. The objects were divided
into the control group and observation group, 42 cases in each group. The former accepted the conventional
nursing; the latter, fine nursing. By comparing the conditions of living quality, occurrence rate of complication,
nursing satisfaction and nursing quality between the two groups of patients, to count relevant data of them and
verify the nursing effect. The comparative results of the statistical data between the two groups of patients
showed that, the score of quality of life was significantly higher than that of the control group after the
observation group accepted the fine nursing, P<0.05; by comparing the conditions of postoperative
complications between the two groups of patients, the complication occurrence rate of the infection, alimentary
tract hemorrhage, pulmonary infection and intracranial infection of patients in the observation group were
significantly lower than that of the control group through the fine nursing after treatment, P<0.05; by comparing
the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients, the nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group
were significantly lower than that of the observation group, P<0.05; by comparing the conditions of score of
nursing quality between the two groups of patients, the quality score of the observation group was significantly
higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. The occurrence rates of postoperative complications of the
patients with HBGH are higher due to dangerous treatment position after the patients accept the ultra-early
microscopic surgical treatment. It is also possible to have an impact on the life health of patients. The fine
nursing is adopted, i.e., the all-round nursing intervention is used according to the conditions and physical status
of patients after treatment to reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction and
nursing quality, which will have an important significance in promoting the recovery of patients after treatment.
