Cardio-cerebrovascular disease is one of the most important causes of death for our people, and its incidence rate
is increasing year by year. The treatment of coronary heart disease with cerebral infarction is mainly implemented
for risk factors such as hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and hyperinsulinemia-induced coagulation abnormalities,
platelet aggregation, increased fibrinogen and plasminogen activator related to insulin resistance the monitoring
of its efficacy is relatively complicated, time-consuming, and expensive. Brinell mirror is a precision
microscope produced by the United States for high-resolution ultramicroscopic systems used in clinical
laboratory science. Its functional characteristics are higher than those of ordinary microscopes, and its
magnification is high. Based on the above background, the research content of this article is the clinical
significance of the monitoring of platelet aggregation in Huoxue tablets before and after treatment with coronary
heart disease and cerebral infarction by Brookfield microscope. In this paper, through strength simulation,
through the clinical treatment study of 100 patients with cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease, observe
the clinical efficacy of platelet aggregation in Huoxue tablets, explore its mechanism of action, and provide new
treatment ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases .
Observation of platelet aggregation in Huoxue tablets before and after treatment was performed by American
phase contrast microscope, and comparative analysis was conducted to obtain satisfactory results. The PC
aggregation status of patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction is different between men and
women. Group I compared with groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Level II platelet aggregation P <0.05, the difference is
significant, and patients over 56 years old must be monitored and treated.
