Abstract

To investigate the effect of hematoxylin staining under colposcope and microscope in the early clinical
diagnosis of cervical lesions and analyze the advantages of this method. From June 2018 to June 2019, 60
patients with early cervical lesions in our hospital were selected as research objects. According to the sequence
of admission, they were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control
group was examined by colposcopy; the observation group was examined by microscope. To observe and
compare the detection rate, clinical diagnosis coincidence rate and the sensitivity and specificity of the two
methods in early diagnosis of cervical lesions. The coincidence rate of detected cases and clinical diagnosis in
the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant
(P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, the
difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), which could be used to evaluate the effect of analysis and
diagnosis. The sensitivity and specificity of microscopic hematoxylin staining in the early diagnosis of cervical
diseases are high. It can realize the diagnosis of cervical diseases at the cellular and molecular level, and quickly
obtain the histopathological diagnosis results.
