Clinical Research of Ultrahigh Frequency Ultrasound Biomicroscope on Incision Healing of Pregnant Women Undergoing Cesarean

Abstract

To research the clinical effects of ultrahigh frequency ultrasound biomicroscope applied during the process of
incision healing of the pregnant women after cesarean delivery. Total 214 pregnant women undergoing cesarean
delivery from 2016 to 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects. The patients were
divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the observation group received traditional
water capsule and ordinary high-frequency ultrasound examination, while the patients in the control group
received ultrahigh frequency ultrasound biomicroscope examination. After examination, the scar pathological
sections would be measured to analyze to calculate the accuracy of the two groups. The results of examinations
of the patients in the two groups conducted in different period after operation would be compared, such as
cesarean delivery incision healing conditions, uterus incision healing conditions, uterus redintegration
conditions. And the effects of ultrahigh frequency ultrasound biomicroscope on incision healing of pregnant
women undergoing cesarean delivery would be verified to provide scientific basis for clinical practice, selected
the best suture method and reduce the postoperative complications of the patients. After the patients in the two
groups received different examinations, the indicators were with sufficient differences by comparison.
Comparing accuracy calculating of the two examination methods for cesarean delivery measurement, in
accordance with golden standard, the absolute value of the difference value of the measured value of the two
groups of patients and the measured value of the pathological section meets the requirements of golden standard,
however, both of average thickness of scar and the absolute value of difference value are with obvious
differences. The inspected results of the observation group were always smaller than those of the control group,
P<0.05; for the results of examination for cesarean delivery incision healing, the healing conditions of the
patients in the control group were obviously superior to the patients in the observation group on the 5th day,
42nd day, 90th day and 180th day, P<0.05; for the results of examination for uterus incision healing, the healing
conditions of the patients in the two groups cannot be judged on the 5th day, while on the 42nd day, the results
of examination of the two groups were with obvious differences, P<0.05. Wherein, the quantity of the patients
with undesirable healing in the observation group was lower, indicating that ultrahigh frequency ultrasound
biomicroscope were with better accuracy, and the application of ultrahigh frequency ultrasound biomicroscope
in the operation obviously lowered the occurrence rate of undesirable healing of uterus. However, on the 90th
day and 180th day, the results of the examinations of the two groups were not statistically significant, P>0.05;
for the results of examination for good uterus redintegration and poor uterus, on the 5th day after operation, the
results of the examination for uterus redintegration of the patients in the two groups were not different, while on
the 42nd day after operation, the quantity of the patients with poor redintegration in the observation group was
obviously lower than of the control group, and the comparison results of the data, P<0.05. While for the
examinations on the 90th day and 180th day, the differences of the data of the two groups were reduced.
However, the quantity of the patient with poor redintegration in the observation group was 5, while that in the
control group was 12, the figure of the control group was much higher, P>0.05. The best suture method which
was selected in accordance with the conditions of the incision after cesarean delivery was the key affecting
cesarean delivery incision and uterus incision healing. By inspection of incision healing after operation, the
therapeutic method taken in accordance with the change of incision can effectively improve the healing effects.
Therefore, the application of ultrahigh frequency ultrasound biomicroscope will effectively improve the
accuracy of inspection, it was with significant value in the aspect of accelerating incision healing.
