Abstract

In recent years, new epidemic areas of hemorrhagic fever with visceral and renal syndrome have appeared
continuously in China, and they have spread to densely populated cities. Hemorrhagic fever with renal
syndrome is a serious threat to human health, so it is of great significance to do a good job of monitoring and
preventing the disease. The purpose of this article is to analyze the morphological characteristics and
mechanism of renal syndrome hemorrhagic fever virus by observing and analyzing the negative syndrome
hemorrhagic fever virus under negative staining, and to understand the effect of renal syndrome hemorrhagic
fever virus on renal syndrome under confocal microscope The comparison of hemorrhagic fever virus negative
staining method before and after, to study the significance of microscope for renal syndrome hemorrhagic fever
virus research. Using the method in this paper, through the analysis of experimental data, we understand the
effect of confocal microscope on the negative staining method of renal syndrome hemorrhagic fever virus.
Combined, the effect of confocal microscopy on the negative staining method of hemorrhagic fever with renal
syndrome is analyzed. The research results show that the confocal microscope has a significant significance for
the research on the negative staining method of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and related renal
syndromes in the future. The treatment of hemorrhagic fever provides a theoretical basis.
